If you have attempted to buy our costumes, and had problems once you reached PayPal, we have your order in our records even though the payment didn't complete, so if you know the total of the order and shipping you can use this different one-off payment system to make payment.

All you need to do is add your name and email address and we will find your order, with what you added to the cart and your mailing address, we will confirm once payment is received.

Common problems are:

Q: The checkout pages say's JavaScript needs to be enabled in my browser, and the button is greyed out how do I enable JavaScript.
A: Go to this page, it will open in a new tab or window, so your cart is ok. http://www.tranexp.com/win/JavaScript-enabling.htm once you have changed the  settings, refresh the checkout page. and the button will work.

Q: I have a different email address and postal address for my PayPal account. Will the payment still work.
A: No Problem, just add the different email and postal address in the comments box in the Checkout or Pay-pal page, or make payment and send an email explaining situation to the email above.

Q: I want to send my order to a different or several different addresses....
A: Make the payment and send an email to the email above explaining what you want sent where. For more than one different postal address simply add the extra postage payments.

Q: I get to PayPal, on my phone and can't see anything or log in, or have some other problem.
A: Just send en email to email above, advising of the issue, and we'll send you a PayPal money request.
